All Saints Parish – Hines Creek

All Saints Parish in Hines Creek is a Ukrainian Catholic mission community that began organizing in 1931 and built its church in town in 1940. Its history includes a cemetery outside town, a church residence, monthly services, and strong lay participation through a Ladies Auxiliary/Sisterhood and Ukrainian Catholic Youth.

The parish belongs to the wider Grande Prairie district story, with service by Basilian and Eparchial clergy and a continuing connection to Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish in Grande Prairie.
